Recycling

Recycling old car tires
Old car tires that can never be use anymore becomes trash and occupy a lot of space. The easiest way to get rid of them is to burn them.
These worn-out car tires can be use to build a stairway
  1. On mountain slopes, arrange the tires on top of each other resembling a stair.
  2. Then fill the inside of the tire with soil.
  3. Top it with gravel or better yet put cement on top.
Now you already have a very durable stairway.

Building a Rock-stairway

Building a rock-stairway
Is advisable in places where there is abundance of rocks like in a mountainside wherein you must chisel out rocks just to clear some space or near a river where there are a lot of stones to pick for free. These rocks come in different sizes. It’s a matter of choice really, whether you like to chisel the stones just to keep it at the same size which will make it easier to form a stairway. What I want to talk about here is using a different size rocks.
1. First is to collect all the rocks that we need and use a small hammer to smoothed the sharp edges for your own safety.
2. Then take a ruler or something that can be used to measure the height and the width of the steps that you prefer.
3. Start from the bottom going up. Remember that you will have to use the steps so be sure that the rocks won’t slide down when you step at them.
4. Pile the rocks snugly on top of each other forming a stair as you go up.
5. As a finishing touch, mix two and a half part of river sand and one part of cement and a liter of water (approximately) and put it inside crevices to fix the stones permanently in place. Make an appropriate design according to your preference. Give your work time to dry. Preferably from two weeks to one month.
6. Put cement in a large enough bowl and mix it with enough water to be able to brush it to give your work a smooth finish. Then you can paint it after one month.
This is a usable rock-stairway. I still need to cement it permanently in place
